MUTTON MUNDHIRI MELAGU VARUVAL (LAMB CASHEW AND PEPPER FRY)

Ingredients:
  1. Mutton -1/2 kg ,
  2. Cashews - 100 g
  3. Pepper pwd - 4tsp
  4. Onion - 200 g
  5. Tomato-200g
  6. Ginger Garlic paste - 2 tsp
  7. Green chillies - to ur spice level
  8. Turmeric powder - 1/2tsp
  9. Chilli pwd - 2 tsp
  10. Cumin/Dhaniya pwd - 3 tsp
  11. Jeera pwd - 1/2 tsp
  12. curry leaves - to taste
  13. Sombu - 1tsp
  14. Curd - 1/2 cup
  15. Oil & salt


Method:

Put the pressure cooker in the stove and add  the mutton along with onion, tomato, turmeric pwd, chilliepwd,thaniya pwd,curd, green chillies,gingergarlic paste, Jeera pwd, salt,
Add water until the mutton soaks and Close the cooker then cook it till  3 whistles in the high flame and 5 min in the simmer flame.

Then in a Kadai/Sauce pan add oil and add saute sombu, curryleaves and add the mutton ingredients in the cookes in the kadai and keep stirring it at regular intervals. Then add cashews and pepper powder,and cilantro on the top and stir it once and viola!!!! cashew pepper curry is ready....
